  10. Im a girl and 22 years old i have 80kg after 16min I just had to stop and
    it kinda sucks doing jumping jacks and everything that includes jumping
    because my breast is so big so I always have to hold it with one hand.

  11. im currently at 110kg. i have done the 70% of this exercise i did pretty
    fine. with combined low nutrition and full of confidence i will try to
    drop down to 90 kg for a start as soon as i can….wish me good luck. the
    only problem is im not sure how often is ok to do this exercise . every day
    is it too much or 3 maybe 4 times a week will be ok?
