Day 1 of Body FX
I finally decided to get off of my lazy tush and do something about the extra weight I have gained in my mid-section and upper legs.
I kept seeing BodyFx come across my Facebook feed, and it wasn’t until I saw that these women are not just in their 20’s, they are in their 50’s, even 60’s. I thought, ok, if they can do it, I can do it!
I started this morning. I did the warm up video (thought this was the actual workout at first!). Then I completed the “10 Minute Abs” workout. Well, I don’t think I actually COMPLETED it, I think I just had good intentions!
Onward and upward.
